Job Description

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Manager), you'll complete 8-10 months of technical training to understand manufacturing processes and equipment. You'll write reports, discuss with management, train personnel, apply safety procedures, manage equipment, maximize production throughput, and administer labor contracts in union plants.
