- Ensure standardized methods, proper controls, and procedures are used for the efficient and prompt handling of IT infrastructure changes.
- Develop ways to minimize the number and impact of incidents across business services.
- Internally or externally imposed requirements (e.g., legislative changes, proactive attempts to improve business services efficiency and effectiveness, and security-related changes) may result in planned and unplanned changes.
- Follow the ITIL framework of Problem, incident, and change management to ensure desired outcomes, efficiencies, and successful solution implementation(s).
- Prepare, document, and maintain standard configurations (including hardware, OS, and software) for core devices and infrastructure, including network, servers, virtual servers, workstations, desktops, laptops, virtual desktops, mobile devices, and Cloud solutions.
- Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 14 years' experience required
- Minimum on an active Secret security clearance is required.
- Agile, ITIL, Service Now or equivalent certification required.
- Experience developing, implementing, managing change management process.
- Experience developing and maintaining Configuration Management Plan.
- Experience with Configuration Management Board, Technical Review Board (TRB), Configuration Control Board (CCB), Engineering Review Board (ERB), and Architectural Review Board (ARB).
- Experience managing large teams and working with government senior level and/or executive level leadership
