- Handle incoming phone calls, scheduling clients for treatments and consultations
- Overseeing contracts are complete and entered
- Confirmation calls and managing the flow of every client experience
- This individual is responsible for all point of sales processes
- Greeting clients, delivering excellent customer service, nightly reporting and reconciling
- Respond to all incoming electronic leads and get them on 'The Spa' schedule
