• Additional administrative nursing team includes a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing, a full-time Clinical Care Coordinator, a full-time MDS Coordinator and a part-time Infection Preventionist.

• Lead the nursing team to ensure that our residents are receiving the highest quality of care.
• Responsible for directing and coordinating the day-to-day nursing care of the residents in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Oversee nursing processes, such as assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide support and advocacy for residents, their families and staff.
• Assist in family relations, addressing questions and concerns regarding their resident's health and nursing care.
• Identify risk management needs and initiate root-cause analysis.
• Interview, hire, orientate and schedule nurses.
• Assume responsibility of the facility's operation in the absence of the Administrator.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator

• Weekdays: Either 5 8-hour days or 4 10-hour days
• Must be accessible on nights and weekends when concerns arise
