    To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and develop marketing materials, such as custom brochures and flyers, to support the sales team.
    • Create regular product sales promotions on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • Manage marketing programs to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
    • Analyze customer base, product trends, and marketing effectiveness to meet goals.
    • Build and manage target customer lists using tools like Constant Contacts or CRM programs.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies for specific market segments through various channels like social media, email, online advertising, webinars, and customer events.
    • Assist in creating technical and commercial presentations for customers.
    • Distribute and update showroom displays and signage for increased sales and appeal.
    • Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys.
    • Collaborate with IT for electronic signage and interactive marketing.
    • Help in maintaining the company website and social media tools.
    • Collaborate with Purchasing and Pricing Departments for stock quantities and promotions.
    • Maintain a repository of marketing materials.
    • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities.
    • Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events.
    • Manage inventory of promotional materials.
    • Update marketing calendar with events, projects, and deadlines.
    • Utilize Adobe or similar programs to create flyers and marketing materials.

    Qualifications:

    To succeed in this role, one must effectively perform essential job functions. The following requirements are necessary:

    • Formal education/training in marketing concepts and implementation.
    • Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience.
    • Preferred:
    • 4-year College degree in Marketing.
    • Experience in B2B HVAC/R or related industry marketing.
