    Description

    Join our team at Aaron Center, a leading provider of outpatient mental health services in the Scranton, PA area, delivering excellence since 1997. As a cornerstone of the community, we're committed to providing top-notch care and support.

    Position: Full-Time Outpatient Therapist

    Pay Range: Salary is commensurate with experience and education

    Location: Scranton, PA

    Education and/or Experience:

    • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required
    • Ability to work with children aged 10 and younger
    • Experience in individual therapy and intake evaluations
    • Commitment to maintaining quality care standards and completing daily documentation
    • Proficiency in evaluation/assessment, crisis management, service referral, coordination of care, and documentation
    • Excellent computer and technology skills
    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct individual therapy sessions and intake evaluations
    • Develop therapeutic relationships with patients
    • Maintain quality care standards through consistent documentation
    • Provide crisis management (non-on-call position)
    • Facilitate service referrals and coordination of care
    • Ensure superior patient care
