- Certification or Licensing Required: Pharmacy; Valid pharmacy license in multiple states preferred
- Travel Required: Perform all duties to contribute to the safe and efficient dispensing of all patient orders by following all quality assurance policy and procedures.
- Interpret, fill, and refill prescriptions for medications/durable medical equipment.
- Review all clinical aspects of the prescription and verify that patients receive accurate medications/durable medical equipment.
- Provide an optimal team and patient experience by delegating work assignments efficiently.
- Maintain inventories and order products and supplies to meet patient requirements and maximize profits.
- Ensure a neat and sterile work environment to comply with all regulations.
- Stay informed about new drugs, therapies, and developments in the pharmacy industry.
- Advocate for positive change in the pharmacy profession to enhance patient care and company performance.
- Build professional rapport with outside partners such as physicians, nurses, and industry representatives.
- Assist in mentoring/training new team members in the Pharmacy.
- Adhere to all company, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations.
