We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchasing Administrator to join our team and grow
Responsibilities

1.


Purchase Order Management:

• Retrieve purchase orders from Hyphen/Portals.
• Review and verify purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Track and monitor purchase order status and resolve any discrepancies.

2.


Sales Order Processing:

• Create sales orders in NetSuite based on received purchase orders.
• Input relevant information such as pricing, quantities, and delivery dates accurately.
• Coordinate with sales and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing.

3.


Communication and Documentation:

• Correspond with internal teams via email and other communication channels.
• Maintain organized records of purchase orders, sales orders, and related documentation.
• Provide regular updates on order status and procurement activities.
• Send completed purchase orders to designated vendors.

Requirements:
~4 years in construction/roofing preferred
~4 years in Purchasing preferred
~ Builder portal experience is a plus
~ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
~ Excellent communication skills
~ Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications
~ Strong work ethic
~ Excellent organizational skills
~ Experience in customer service will be appreciated
~ Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
~ Excellent interpersonal skills
