Key Responsibilities:

You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, fostering long-term relationships that drive satisfaction, retention, and additional sales. You'll oversee field operations and supervise a Production Manager, who works with the crew to deliver exceptional service in the field.

Your Key Accountabilities:

Client Satisfaction:Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clientsEnsure quality and service expectations are met through site walkthroughs and issue resolutionFacilitate client concerns to ensure renewal
Sales:Proactively present site enhancement ideas to clientsGenerate referrals from existing clients and pass them to the Business DeveloperCreate accurate estimates for new and existing clients, maintaining acceptable gross margins that support the branch's financial goals
Operations:
Assist in overall leadership of the branchMaintain satisfactory accounts receivable levelsCoordinate with the Branch Administrator to ensure up-to-date client information

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in the landscape or service industry
An associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
A minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry, or local marketplace

Preferred Qualifications:

The ability to coach and develop teams
