    We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for the implementation and execution of all employee life cycle policies and procedures.

    Having prior experience in a hospitality setting

    restaurant, hotel, or venue

    is a must and non-negotiable. This leader will act as the first point of contact for all HR-related functions. They will also connect all team members to available resources and information in a timely fashion. We want someone with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude who works with a sense of urgency.

    HR Manager Qualifications:
    6+ years of previous Human Resource Management experience, preferably as a Generalist. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    Formal HR certification preferred.
    Previous experience working with a restaurant concept, luxury hotel, or hospitality venue is a must. Previous HR experience in New York.


    HR Manager Requirements:
    Actively manage and facilitate the entire employee life cycle.
    Ensure Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits compliance.
    Provide ongoing training, development, and engagement to the team.
