    To aggressively promote and rent Certified Rental equipment in a geographically assigned territory. To increase rent to rent revenue from current customers while simultaneously prospecting for new potential customers. Establish a business relationship with customers, new and existing, thereby increasing rent-to-rent revenue.
    To generate an acceptable return on investment for Certified Rental.


    DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:


    Report activities in your assigned territory as it relates to customers, competition, major work, equipment, and the rental industry as a whole.

    Ensure proper coverage of your customers through proper territory management.
    Responsible for the profitable achievement of the Certified Rental budget for territory assignment.

    To collaborate with the machine sales person(s) in your territory to identify rental revenue customers and collection of customer and field intelligence as it pertains to rental.

    Communicate and work with your local Power branch in activities that pertain to the rent to rent business.
    Coordinate with Rental Counter personnel to ensure day to day activities of rental are completed.
    The RSR will be expected to represent Power in a professional and ethical manner at all times.


    MAJOR ACTIVITIES:
    Submit weekly territory Rental Call Schedule plan.
    Maintain Data Fax/Dodge reports daily. Identify and Qualify Major Accounts for Customized Rental Programs.
    Identify Power Equipment's company objectives and on a quarterly basis have a strategy and action items for each.


    Weekly updates in the CRM:


    CallsLost RentalsPromote usage of the Rapid Rental ArrangementParticipate in local trade associations such as (AGC, ABC, ETC...) and will attend the functions held by those organizations.

    QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent and work experience in heavy equipment sales industry preferred2+ years of combined sales or technical experienceMust be able to climb up and down on various pieces of construction equipment.

    High proficiency in customer relationship skillsProficiency in Microsoft Window applications,Excellent written and oral communication skillsPossess knowledge of heavy equipment applicationsDiscretion in handling confidential company informationPositive personality, team player, problem solver, self-starter, outstanding integrity, superior communicator.

    Able to travel overnight periodically for product training or company related businessMust pass background check, employment physical and drug screen.
