Description
Job DescriptionJob Description Description Seeking a highly skilled professional responsible for leading and managing the construction of transportation infrastructure projects.
Must have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with plans, contract documents, and other relevant regulations.
Your Primary Responsibilities will includeManages CEI project budget
Reviews Contractor's CPM Schedule submittals.
Analyzes Contractor Claims
Coordinates and leads project team.
Establishes and manages client and partnering relationships
Identifies and pursues future work opportunities
Interprets plans and specifications for deviations from specified construction procedures to ensure compliance with regulations governing construction.
What you'll need
Must have an Engineering degree and registration in the State of Florida as a Professional Engineer (or if registered in another state, the ability to obtain registration in the State of Florida within six months).
Strong technical writing skills
FDOT Advanced MOT
Attend CTQP QC Manager Course and pass the examination.
Complete the Critical Structures Construction Issues, Self-Study Course
Position requires a minimum of 40 hours a week. (Salary)
