What would I be doing?:

The Barback position is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The position is also responsible for providing bar supplies as needed and maintaining a clean, well-organized work area.

• Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with external and internal customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.
• Sets up bars for operation; cuts fruit; stocks ice; empties garbage.
• Supports bartender needs and maintains the bar stock.
• Reports any maintenance problems to BeverageAsst. Manager.
• Works in assigned location and shift according to department needs.
• Maintains par levels and orders bar supplies; delivers orders.
• Sorts bottles and corrugated cardboard for recycling.
• Maintains bar cleanliness in accordance with Health Department standards.
• May work in the capacity of a Bartender as needed by business needs.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of the operations and all bar equipment.
• Indiana ABC Permit (Liquor License) required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all appropriate licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
