    Onsite Regular Hours: M-F, 6:00am-2:30pm

    Purpose of Role: Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Manufacturing Custodian is responsible for supporting the Facilities Department in the day-to-day operations and improvement of the facilities, performing all aspects of facilities maintenance, preventative maintenance, in accordance with OSHA, ISO, State/ Local and Company policies and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Focus Area: 70% cleaning of the warehouses with mops, brooms and driving/maintenance of the Zamboni.
    • Focus Area: 20% would be using of basic hand tools to work on basic facilities related projects. Sprinkler repairs, grounds maintenance, etc.
    • Focus Area: 10% would be miscellaneous items. Delivery/Pickup of parts from vendors, vehicle maintenance
    • Focus Area: Perform facility maintenance and preventative maintenance on 480 Volt Machinery
    • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
    Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
    • HS Diploma
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience
    • Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
    • Valid driver's license required
    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

    All basis and advanced tools required to maintain Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Carpentry, and Plumbing systems.
