- Assist with receiving of retail goods in accordance with retail policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the gift shop counter and storage areas are kept clean and neat to maximizeefficiency.
- Responsible for re-stocking gift shop items.
- Assist with developing and implementing promotional plans for the gift shop.
- Incorporate safe and efficient practices in job performance while upholding the hotels hospitality standards.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure a seamless check-in process.
- Performing opening/closing duties in accordance with outlined policies and procedures.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.
- Performs other duties as required by manager.
- Exceptional customer service record with experience in retail preferred.

Job Summary
As ourGift Shop Associate, youwill assist with the day-to-day operation of the gift shop. This includes the following but is not limited to maintaining the pro shop appearance, assisting with physical inventory, and accurately checking customers in/out. Because of the emphasis placed on customer service and merchandising; a friendly attitude and exceptional people skills is a priority for the position.
