Accounting Technician

for our client in

Job Description:

Pay Range $20hr - $25hrThe incumbent will monitor, reconcile, analyze, and report on budget activity for the Department of Pathology.

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proficient with Excel, and possess excellent accounting and communication skills.

The Accounting Technician will assist in processing department orders, check requests, reimbursements, payroll, and other budget and business forms, such as internal billing requisitions for facility requests.

The incumbent is required to ensure confidentiality and controls to sensitive information.

Required Skills:
Account Management in an Academic setting is preferred.
Purchasing Experience.
Accounting software applications (e.g./databases, Excel Spreadsheets)

Level:
Proficient
