    Description


    As the Marketing Analyst at SIGMA Group, you will assist in the execution of SIGMAs B2B marketing strategy to tell the story of our differentiation from our competitors and give our sales teams the best tools to help them sell, to nurture current leads and to generate new leads through creative marketing plans.

    You will use our extensive customer data to tailor marketing messages to customers needs and use insights from the data to identify projects and opportunities.

    We are looking for a broad based web marketer who is passionate about their work, results-driven, keeps up with trends and technologies and embraces good marketing practices.

    This is an on-site position in Evansville, IN.


    Duties/Responsibilities:
    You will be responsible for working with our sales, IT and leadership teams to execute the marketing strategy.

    Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan and the measurable goals, tactics and resources necessary to deliver increased market share, increased sales, and increased profitsMonitor competitor activity and stay informed of industry developments to identify on-going opportunitiesAssist in the development and tracking of metrics and success criteria for all marketing initiatives with a focus on ROIAnalyze data and prepare reports to measure performance of marketing campaigns through the sales cycleInterpret business metrics to identify marketing opportunities and build plans for improvement throughout the organizationExplore website analytics data and identify potential strategies for conversion improvementDevelop tools and reporting to tie link revenue to marketing spendDevelop marketing budgets that link to the companys revenue and margin targets.

    A/B Testing and analyticsProvide frontline support for the sales and purchasing teams through the creation of needed material and resources, such as brochures, case studies, whitepapers, ROI comparisons, etc.

    Plan and execute advertising opportunities including online, print, electronic media and direct mailContinually experiment with paid marketing channels to improve key conversion metricsRequired Skills:
    Must be highly collaborativeStrong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, and SEMExcellent Google Sheets skillsAdvanced internet research capabilities and resourcefulnessKnowledge of social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+Confidence with compiling statistical information and processing into understandable dataSelf-starter mentality; creative issue resolution skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, methodical, able to multitask and manage timelinesMust be a team player - be willing to cross boundaries, share knowledge, and assist others

    Beneficial Skills:
    Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), HTML and/or Dreamweaver a plusSQL knowledgeHighly creative and process-driven relying on data to make decisionsExperience with Insightly CRMEducation and Experience:BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics or related field2+ years experience in marketing, analytics or related field
