Job summary
The Maintenance Planner will plan and coordinate manpower, parts, materials and equipment access to improve workforce productivity,safety quality by anticipating potential delays.
Acts as liaison between Production Maintenance departments for planning purposes.

- Work independently levels organization plan preventative predictive routine maintenance tasks Schedule repairs Complete data entry management equipment repairs Communicate effectively speech writing email Strong organizational skills ability prioritize effectively Maintain equipment repair files Track key planned metrics communicate plant Manage assigned contract work assist supervision control Request parts materials needed work order packages stored storerooms Ensure adherence standard processes including developing integrating standards Provide support team nights weekends holidays including on-call duties Review work plan respective site managers supervisors leads maintain communications planned maintenance Create detailed job planning communicate weekly maintenance schedules outage schedule list planned orders resource requirements Evaluates Safety requirements requests support develop when needed Maintain clear open communication departments requestor determine total scope works appropriate priority performed Manage understand backlog Develop manage AFEs projects Ability facilitate run meetings along pre post project review meetings Develop strong understanding facility rules facility equipment Act liaison ADM third party vendors Ability interpret manuals Learn use programs Maximo Coupa Akwire May perform reasonably similar related duties assigned
