- Represent plaintiffs in all cases
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar in Iowa
- At least 3 years of experience practicing law, with a focus in criminal law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
