- Minimum five years of project management experience, with expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, team collaboration, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex logistics for various events, arranging international travel for delegations, and liaising with embassy stakeholders.
- Familiarity with federal travel regulations and a strong grasp of federal grant guidelines (2CFR 200) is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, with a track record of effective engagement with the Department of State and embassy representatives.
- Outstanding planning and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to work at SCG's McLean, VA offices, with potential international travel commitments.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, while a Master's degree is preferred.
- PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English, with Ukrainian language skills considered a plus.

About the Role
Strategic Capacity Group (SCG) is in search of a skilled Program Manager to oversee a challenging global logistics program catering to law enforcement and justice reform initiatives in Ukraine, serving about 30,000 participants annually. The Program Manager will lead the project, handle stakeholder collaboration, project launch, workplan development, regular meetings, donor communications, and reporting duties. Reporting to the Division Chief of Turn-key Logistics, this role involves managing project staff, coordinating logistics with the Global Operations Team, and aligning monitoring and evaluation tasks with SCG's Knowledge Management Department. The Program Manager will be accountable for both quarterly and final project reports.
