JRayl Transport is hiring CDL A Regional Dry Van Drivers in Akron, OH, home weekends J. Rayl is a large, asset-based logistics company that has been family owned and operated for 35 years. Founders Tim Rayl and Jim St. John began the company with only five trucks on a small private farm in Akron, OH. Since its humble beginnings, J.Rayl has grown tremendously but still maintains a focus of creating a unique family environment for their CDL Class A Truck Drivers.
Compensation:
Average weekly pay:
up to $1,300
Base up to 55 CPM with an average of 2,400-2,800 miles weekly
Pay based on experience
Bonuses
Military Veteran bonus $0.02 cpm
Safety Bonus:
$250 per quarter with no violations
Referral Bonus:
$1,250 paid out after referral runs their first load
Sign on Bonus:
$5,000 paid out after 90 days

Must have valid CDL A License
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a minimum of 12 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record within last 12 months (no more than 2 violations)
Manual endorsements preferred
Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
