    Physical Therapist Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at our outpatient PT office. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or other physical ailments and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

    Physical Therapist Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.- Implement and monitor treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities, to help patients achieve their goals.- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies, home exercise programs, and proper body mechanics.- Communicate effectively with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
    - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education activities to enhance clinical skills and contribute to the overall growth of the practice.

    Physical Therapist Qualifications:- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a current state license to practice.
    - Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
    -New-grads welcome- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in performing manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and lifelong learning.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
