Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks a Senior Solution Engineer for its Johnston, RI location.

Duties:
Develops IT solutions to improve products and customer experiences. Undertakes coding, develops UI prototypes, assists with data provisioning, and performs analytics around usage, behavioral, transactional, and technical data. Creates, prioritizes, and refines products and ensures technical integrity of all features and components. Leads high-level sessions for project planning and schedule development. Analyzes business requirements from stakeholders for product development and solutions to automate manual processes. Lead a team of developers and analysts.

Prioritizes, assigns work, and set deadlines for developers to ensure project requests from stakeholders are completed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Management, or a related field, followed by five (5) years of progressive experience in the role or in a related position.

Three (3) years of experience must include: Responsible for solution design to on-board data from vendors like Equifax etc., Designed interim solution to on-board FICO scores for iPhone upgrades; On-boarding new products from data lake (AWS) to data mart layer; Validation of consumer risk dashboards for various products like Auto loans, Overdraft Protection (ODP), Instalment Loans etc.; Engage with upstream data owners to on-board new metrics as per the requirement of Risk Management; Responsible for the resolution of production related issues by partnering with other related teams; Designing flow of data from cloud to risk reporting schema; On-boarding new merchant products into current reporting system and validating dashboards; Designing new Data Quality rules to identify issues related to data quality at the first instance; Utilizing OFSAA, including LRM and Regulatory Reporting; and Utilizing Lombard Implementations.
