Job summary
The Strategic Scheduler reports to the Scheduling Optimization Supervisor and is responsible for managing multi-line calls accurately reviewing medical records and insurance scheduling patients for multiple surgeons building and nurturing relationships with referring practices verifying patient insurance coverage. As the linchpin between our practice and patients you will be the orchestrator of seamless scheduling meticulous medical record reviews fostering crucial relationships with referring practices.Qualifications
- Deliver customer service on every patient interaction handling calls professionally empathetically efficiently.
- Maximize surgeon schedules proactively filling openings resolving conflicts ensuring high appointment conversion rates.
- Manage complex scheduling needs across providers adapting individual workflows maintaining consistency accuracy entering patient data in the system ensuring integrity compliance reliability information serve as an ambassador for the practice actively monitoring surgeon schedules identifying areas opportunity providing feedback leaders improve efficiency access communicating effectively colleagues sharing updates collaborating supporting practices adapt change remaining flexible priorities preferences evolving needs perform administrative tasks assigned supporting both practice centralized team.
