    Job Summary


    System Support Associate

    Position reports to Tetra Pak headquarters at 3300 Airport Road, Denton, TX 76207 and various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

    Telecommuting permitted based on business needs.

    Up to 80% travel to other customer sites within the U.S. to support escalated high-level issues.

    Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

    What you will do


    As a System Support Associate, you will:

    Utilize specialized knowledge and experience with Tetra Pak's Flex and Automation filling machine systems including Tetra Pak A3/Compact Flex, Tetra Pak A3/Flex and Tetra Pak TT/3 to complete field test projects, providing specialized support for the launch of new filling and distribution equipment in the U.S. Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered with the automation filling equipment. Provide feedback to client companies on equipment operation. Ensure accuracy of information in the machine database. Participate in regulatory filings for new machine systems. Monitor released improvements, optional kits, and development steps. Involve in equipment installations. Support field tests for equipment and performance improvements. Maintain updated documentation related to Tetra Pak's proprietary equipment and systems.

    We believe you have


    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field, and two years of experience with high-speed aseptic filling operations or related. In the alternative, this position will accept five years of experience with high-speed aseptic filling operations or related.

    Must have work experience with:

    Basic Automation, Rockwell Automation, and Allen Bradley Automation

    Packaging filling equipment

    Distribution equipment

    Aseptic technology

    Issue analysis and Problem-Solving Methodology

    Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

    Establishing network with global organizations
