- Educate clients and their families about mental health and substance abuse disorders, treatment options, and coping strategies
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment
- Current state licensure or certification as a Mental Health/Substance Abuse Counselor
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in providing counseling services to individuals with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions for mental health and substance abuse disorders
