    CNC Mill Machinist 2nd Shift $3 HR Shift Differential Fathom is a publicly held service provider for rapid prototyping and on-demand additive manufacturing in North America.     Centex Machine by Fathom is looking for an outstanding Milling machinist candidate for our 2nd shift to continue to grow and expand our business.

    CNC Mill Machinist Key Responsibilities:

    • Setup and Operation of CNC Milling machine centers
    • MDI (Manual Data Input) programming, using G-code editing
    • Inspection using manual gauges and instruments
    • Understanding of GD&T and ability to read 2-D drawings
    • Monitor an inspect the part throughout the machining process
    • Observe all company quality and safety procedures
    • Communicates and collaborates with team members in the sharing of information and solving technical issues
    • Participates in Lean manufacturing events

    CNC Mill Machinist Qualifications/Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Must have an Associate degree in a relevant field or (3+) years of experience
    • Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
    • Flexible, ability to work in a fast-pace team environment
    • Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
    • Great communication skills
    • Mazak conversational programming and operation a plus
    • Knowledge of tooling and tooling requirements
    • Must read and write English

    CNC Mill Machinist Shift Schedule:

    Monday - Thursday 3:30pm – 2:15am
