The proposal Director will lead the end-to-end response process for Task Order RFPs under federal and commercial IDIQ contracts, ensuring compliance, compelling, and on time submissions.The individual will gather, organize and synthesize all required materials including technical inputs past performance Lead the end to end response process for Task Order RFPs under federal and commercial IDIQ contracts ensuring compliance compelling and on time submissions.
This includes supporting staffing plans pricing data and compliance documentation working across the business to identify engage appropriate subject matter experts SMEs in engineering operations finance legal contracts delivery teams facilitating SME working sessions to extract technical content validate requirements ensure alignment with customer needs solicitation criteria developing proposal outlines matrices storyboards content templates guide contributors maintain consistency drafting editing refining proposal narrative sections ensuring clarity accuracy alignment win themes customer priorities managing pricing inputs coordinating with finance operations leadership develop accurate labor estimates rate structures cost narratives ensure all proposal content meets federal acquisition requirements solicitation instructions internal quality standards tracking managing questions clarifications communications prime contractor government customer as appropriate maintaining library reusable proposal content resumes project descriptions graphics accelerate future responses supporting color team reviews Pink Red Gold incorporate feedback drive continuous improvement propose quality coordinating final production formatting submission proposals ensure documents complete compliant professionally presented monitoring upcoming solicitations amendments procurement forecasts prepare organization rapid response partnering leadership develop win strategies competitive differentiators propose themes strengthen companys position maintaining version control documentation audit trails propose materials accordance internal federal requirements supporting post submission activities clarification BAFO negotiations transition planning.
