    Who They Are
    Our client is a multi-million specialty metal roofing manufacturer that is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to step into a book of business in the Northeast market. We have placed multiple people with this organization and have heard nothing but great feedback regarding this company. They are looking for someone with a strong pull-through background and has experience selling a higher-end product, specifically at the contractor and installer level. The company offers a competitive base salary, bonus potential and benefits.

    What You'll Do
    • Responsible for the successful promotion and sale of projects in the assigned geography to meet or exceed annual incoming and sales goals
    • Identify, develop, and maintain a strong group of customers
    • Call on architects, general contractors, and installers to promote company products and boost sales
    • Maintain a robust pipeline of pursuits at all key stages (concept, lead and bid/quote) to support the team's current and future sales goals
    • Promote and develop relations with territory sales reps, regional sales managers, key architectural firms, developers, and general contractors
    What You'll Need
    • Business/Marketing/Engineering 4-year degree preferred
    • Experience in commercial roofing, coatings, or the building envelope
    • Building & Construction Industry knowledge
    • Ability to promote products and solutions to customers, architects, and other buying influences
    • Proven sales pursuit and closing skills
    • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals at acceptable levels of profitability
