    The Unarmed Security Guard is responsible for providing vigilant, static security services at key locations. This role focuses on securing all access points and safeguarding property and residents with keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Provide consistent, high-quality security services aligned with company values and site-specific post orders.
    2. Generate accurate, detailed reports using company-provided software and technology.
    3. Maintain punctuality, adhere to time-tracking procedures, and comply with dress code and appearance standards.
    4. Deliver excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and staff, promoting a safe and welcoming environment.

    Qualifications

    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
    • High school diploma or GED.
