Ignite is currently seeking a driven, Electronic Warfare Assessments SME to join our team supporting the US Air Force, at Warner Robins AFB, GA This position is expected to be onsite.

Position Summary: The Electronic Warfare Assessments SME will play a crucial role and is responsible for developing strategies and providing subject matter expertise in electronic warfare assessments. The primary objective of this position is to support the squadron in evaluating, analyzing, and enhancing electronic warfare capabilities, ensuring the highest level of operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of electronic warfare systems and capabilities to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement assessment methodologies, tools, and processes to evaluate the effectiveness of electronic warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Analyze and interpret data collected from electronic warfare assessments, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including other squadrons, military branches, and industry partners, to gather information and stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in electronic warfare.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of electronic warfare strategies, policies, and guidelines.
• Participate in exercises, simulations, and real-world operations to assess and validate electronic warfare capabilities.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to the squadron's personnel regarding electronic warfare assessments and related topics.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronic warfare systems, emerging threats, and countermeasures.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Top Secret/SCI Clearance
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of electronic warfare principles, systems, and technologies.
• Extensive experience in conducting electronic warfare assessments, including planning, executing, and analyzing assessment activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with assessment methodologies, tools, and modeling and simulation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one) at the required level for the position.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in electronic warfare operations and tactics.
• Familiarity with the Joint Simulated Environment (JSE)
• Knowledge of specific electronic warfare systems, such as radar jamming, signal intelligence, electronic countermeasures, etc.
• Familiarity with military doctrine, policies, and procedures related to electronic warfare.
• Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with military and industry partners.
• Certifications in electronic warfare or related fields.
