Title: Project (Division) Manager - Production Homebuilding

Locations: Salt Lake City, UT

Package: $120,000 to $140,000 + Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities (circa $50,000)

Responsibilities:

Manage a P&L of $40-$60 million across multiple communities equating to circa 120 homes valued at circa $500,000

Hire and oversee a team of superintendents, warranty managers, and sales professionals

Drive profitability by strategically managing production and closings

Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a customer-oriented approach

Demonstrate a career-driven mindset with long-term potential for progression into Division President role

Required Skills:

Must have progressive experience in the homebuilding industry managing multiple sites, working as a Construction Manager, Superintendent, Production Manager or Project Manager

Must be on the up in their career

Must have a customer-oriented approach

Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in managing teams

Solid understanding of production processes and best practices

Excellent communication skills to engage with both internal teams and external customers
