ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Supporting a global infrastructure program which includes the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex business systems within an Agile construct to enable mission success for a variety of stakeholders.
Gathering and presenting ART wide performance metrics at end of sprint and end of PI review sessions with senior management and customer stakeholders.
Assisting with internal and external ART (Agile Release Train) communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
Coaching and mentoring scrum masters and product owners in Product Backlog Refinements session, Daily Stand Ups, system demos, and Program Increment (PI) Planning events.
Leveraging Agile application development framework, DevOp capability, target agency Cloud Architecture, and Cloud-native capabilities to migrate legacy applications to cost effective Cloud environments.
Following Agile development methodology, plan and execute bi-weekly releases for ongoing continual improvements.
Participating in meetings to ensure cross-team collaboration and delivery/deployment of products and services.
Guiding, training, and leading teams supporting technical efforts related to software development, maintenance and architectural design, network engineering, system security and training activities.
Coaching the team on how to self-organize and plan work into enabling features and stories along program increments and sprints.

Qualifications
Basic Qualification:
U.S. Citizen; eligible for U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
Completed BS/BA with 8 – 11 years, or MS with - 9 years, or PhD with - 6 years of experience; four (4) years of experience can be substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
Ability to update solution vision and plan to ensure roadmap and vision for all ARTs communicated and monitor work performance.
Ability to facilitate solution backlog requirements working with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to ensure that ARTs are prepared for upcoming PI planning events.
Using Agile/Scrum/Kanban best practices and values.
Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools (Jira, SharePoint, MS Teams, and MS PowerPoint).Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualification:
Active Secret Security Clearance.
Advanced Agile Certification (PSM I, CSM, PMI-ACP).
Experience with scrum project management, agile software development, and software version control management.
Experience providing operational task support in a highly demanding environment.
Experience with cloud computing service including enterprise architecture, application planning, and deployment.

Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
