- Identify nematode populations to species level using molecular diagnostic methods (PCR, qPCR, RPA etc.).
- Conduct research towards molecular characterization of newly detected nematode species.
- Utilize state-of-the-art technologies such as high-throughput phenotyping, GWAS, and gene mapping.
- Conduct laboratory research towards management of PPN.
- A Ph.D. degree in a relevant field.
- Strong background in nematology, plant pathology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic research environment.
