The Senior Director will lead the Package Quality & Reliability organization to deliver best-in-class package quality and reliability performance for all Micron products.
He/She must have at least 20 years of proven experience in high-value/high-volume semiconductor packaging/assembly engineering and/or manufacturing.
The candidate should have substantial experience/knowledge in managing large-scale global organizations with excellent communication skills.
The Senior Director will work effectively at all levels within an established organization where personal & professional accomplishment, growth, excellence are key drivers.
- Closely partnering with Advanced Package Technology Development and Package Development Engineering organizations to identify new quality challenges,
- Executing package reliability qualification monitoring in manufacturing,
- Managing Global Quality package reliability lab operations around the globe,
- Building an effective team with subject matter experts optimizing department performance structure;
- Risk assessment recommendations for new qualifications packages assembly manufacturing change qualifications supporting customer communication as needed
- Establishing organizational roadmaps strategies driving long term vision organization ensuring team members properly trained according department compliance work requirements Managing internal budgets capex optimization for qualification sites various product
