    Description

    Vetted is seeking a RN - Dialysis for a travel job in Mission Viejo, California.

    Must have 2+ years of experience.

    This contract pays approximately $13,172/month gross.

    Assignment details:

    • Contract length: 13 weeks
    • Shift length: 12 hour shifts
    • Hours per week: 36
    • Start Date: ASAP

    Job responsibilities:

    • Perform medication reconciliation activities as directed and communicate discrepancies.
    • Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams.
    • Document care delivered, patient response, and communications in the medical record.
    • Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
    • Support care coordination activities across providers to promote continuity of care.
