Our client is looking for an estimator who is passionate about leading small to large scale commercial projects.My client specializes in commercial and multifamily developments and pride themselves on doing excellent work on premier projects in the Chicagoland area.

Great relationships with subcontractors and clients
Strong pipeline of projects through 2024
Managing all documentation to ensure the project is compliant, remains on schedule, and remains within budget while monitoring all costs.
Scheduling projects in logical steps and budgeting time required to meet deadlines.Building and maintaining relationships critical to the success of the overall project and company
Track and analyze data to reduce gaps between estimates and actual costs.
Prepare and present estimate documentation, including gaps in available data.
Reviews quotes and estimates with the project management team
Initiates and participates in meet and greet presentations with subcontractors and suppliers.
4-year college degree in engineering or construction management is desirable.
~5+ years of estimating experience, preferably in the commercial, multifamily or mixed use space. Additional field experience and project engineering is desirable.
~ Experienced and proficient in On-Screen Take-Off and Timberline estimating software is preferable but not mandatory assuming candidate has experience in similar applications.
~ Proficient in MS Excel, FTP site, document distribution, storage and records management.
A competitive base salary between $100,000 - $130,000 (Depending on experience with a general contractor)
