    Description

    Description:

    • Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of tests related to projects.
    • Lab testing includes performance testing, structural integrity testing, and material safety testing.
    • Conduct standard sample analyses against various industry standards.
    • Properly assemble, install and break down various test units.
    • Document and record all test procedures and sample results.
    • Ensure all supplies for the laboratory are ordered to maintain levels of chemicals in stock.
    • Investigate testing failures to determine root cause.
    • Responsible for packaging and shipping test units once testing is complete.
    • Create reports related to testing and sample results.
    • Create custom testing protocols.
    • Write and revise lab SOPs, standard test methods and sample analysis.
    • Draft and prepare Corrective Action Reports related to process improvement.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Must have a BS
      • Chemistry highly preferred OR Biology with a Chemistry minor and Chemistry lab experience
    • 2+ years of experience working in a lab
    • Lab project management experience required.
      • Experience managing projects in the lab, multitasking, organization, problem solving, detail oriented, pick up quickly, time management.
