    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Solutions Developer to join our team in supporting NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Office of Habitat Conservation (OHC) in Silver Spring, MD.

    OHC is undergoing a multi-year reorganization and consolidation of business tools, enterprise data, and business intelligence to support complex and growing program needs. Centeva will be partnering with TekSynap to provide support services, ensuring continuity throughout this process, including planning, project management, solutions design, business analysis, user support, and development support and maintenance.

As a member of our agile development team, you will collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, QA testers, and other data professionals to deliver applications, automations, data, and reporting essential to the success of our federal customers' missions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design (front-end and technical), develop, and maintain high-quality PowerApps business solutions.
    • Leverage the entire Power Platform suite of tools.
    • Create technical documentation for PowerApps solutions.
    • Work closely with senior developers and architects to design database schemas, dataflows, workflows, and applications.
    • Utilize experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    • Perform a variety of complicated tasks, requiring a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
    • Daily collaboration with the Product Owner, Senior Power Platform Developer, and Power Platform Architect to achieve tasks.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of experience (junior level) or 4-6 years of experience (mid-level) in the field or related area.
    • BS/BA degree in a related field or equivalent.
    • Development experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
    • Experience with SharePoint Online/SharePoint Administration is a plus.
    • Excellent written and oral communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
    • Must be able to successfully obtain a Public Trust.

    Compensation Package

    The salary range for this position is estimated at $66-73K per year. Following a probationary period, Centeva offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, employee life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) with employer match, paid gym membership, professional certification course reimbursement, and professional development opportunities.
