Job summary
The Rental Assistance Program Project Based Voucher (PBVs) Representative is responsible for assurance and enforcement of regulations of the PBV programs which includes overseeing and conducting day to day operations in accordance to the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) policies and procedures.Responsibilities
- Perform regular recertification of households including E.I.V on-line income verification, third party income verification, verification of assets, verification of all household members status.
- Process household status changes, income status changes and prepare lease and contract.
