Responsibilities:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:
Provide personalized care to residents/clients based on individualized care plans.
Prepare residents for meals and assist with transportation to/from the dining room.
Assist residents with toileting and incontinence care with dignity and respect.
Perform vital signs, blood pressure measurements, weights, and other trained procedures.

Complete prevention/restorative care, including range of motion exercises, ambulation, transferring, bathing, grooming, and other Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care.

Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Ensure compliance with State/Federal Regulations and resident care practices.


Qualifications:
Compassion and desire to work with seniors.
Certification of completion from an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
Minimum of six months of experience in long-term care, assisted living, or memory care preferred.
Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
