    Job Description

    The Enterprise Risk Management Director will lead the development and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program under the direction of the Chief Risk Officer.

    This includes identifying, measuring, monitoring, and managing enterprise risk in compliance with regulatory expectations and industry standards, as well as the development, implementation, and integration of risk management programs.

    The ideal candidate will have 8 years of professional experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry, including a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide risk management programs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the ERM staff and provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to continue to build an effective, engaged, and high-functioning team.
    • Design and lead initiatives to develop and mature the ERM program.
    • Assume responsibility for managing all aspects of the ERM department, including budgeting and use of third-party resources.
    • Partner with the business and functional areas to identify potential risks and collaborate effectively to achieve ERM program and organizational objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Risk Management, Audit, or a related field required. Advanced degree and risk management certification preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, presentation, and facilitation skills.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise risk, risk assessment and control methodologies, and major risks such as operational and compliance risks.

    Benefits:

    $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
