    Job Description$500 hiring incentive available for this position for Full-Time hires - $250 after the first 90 days and $250 after 180 days*Regency Brookfield is currently seeking CNA staff to join our team of compassionate and professional individuals.

    SHIFTS:

    Full-Time and Part-Time - Pool

    1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

    2nd shift, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

    3rd Shift, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

    Shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd


    Starting at $16 per hour with the potential up to $18 if you have experience and certifications (CBRF)

    + Shift Differentials for CBRF, 2nd and 3rd Shifts

    + Shift Bonuses

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Give, assist or supervise resident with showering, bathing and/or toilet needs.
    • Assist with transferring resident, 1:1 transfer.
    • Assist resident with activities of daily living
    • Assist/escort residents to meals and activities per care plan
    • Facilitate resident activities as assigned, assist and encourage participation.
    • Perform first aid as trained by Regency Senior Communities.
    • Perform rounds as needed
    • Assist with medication and/or treatment administration under the direction of the licensed nurse.
    • Do residents' personal laundry.
    • Light housekeeping as assigned.
    • All other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Current Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification or CBRF Caregiver Certification highly preferred
    • If no certifications, one year of caregiving experience preferred
    • Ability to read and understand written or verbal labels and instructions in English.
    • Ability to work cooperatively as a support staff with all departments of the organization.
    • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
