Night Swim is a Rooftop Bar by FREEHOLD Hospitality located on the 11th floor of the citizenM Miami Worldcenter Hotel serving a shareable poolside menu of modern Miami classics with local beer, innovative wines and a fun and refreshing cocktail program.

Currently we are seeking qualified barback candidates. Weekends and nights are a must. Please also note that this position requires some food handling, specifically plating pre-made food.

One year of experience in a comparable role is required. Fast-paced, high-volume experience preferred. Our space is multifaceted and requires someone adaptable and cool under pressure. Candidates must be able to lift 70 lbs, the equivalent of half a keg of beer.
