- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions to appropriate healthcare providers.
- Assist with wound care, specimen collection, and routine nursing procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards.
- Support patients with daily living activities while promoting comfort and safety.
- Adapt to different clinical settings and uphold facility-specific policies and practices.
- Current LPN license (active and unrestricted).
- Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience required; travel nursing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of general nursing principles, medication administration, and infection control practices.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively integrate into new healthcare teams.
