We are a leading manufacturing entity in need of a Full-time Plastic Fabricator to integrate with our dynamic workforce. This role requires expertise in working with various materials to fabricate, adjust, and restore plastic parts designed for scientific use. The ideal candidate must possess a solid background in plastic fabrication, encompassing the cutting and welding of PVC, Polypropylene, PVDF, and Teflon. Proficiency in cabinet carpentry and manufacturing is also pivotal. We seek an individual with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, eager to tackle fresh challenges within a fast-paced, forward-thinking setting.

Core Responsibilities:

Produce, alter, and fix plastic components employing an array of techniques and materials such as PVC, Polypropylene, PVDF, and Teflon.
Utilize diverse tools and machinery to precisely trim, mold, and fuse plastic materials in adherence to specifications.
Execute welding operations, comprising the setup, operation, and maintenance of welding apparatus.
Fabricate and mend cabinets and other structures as required.
Adhere to all safety protocols to uphold a secure and sanitized work environment.
Collaborate with team peers to finalize projects punctually and meeting stipulations.
Interpret blueprints, sketches, and other technical records.
Supervise product quality and communicate any detected issues or irregularities to management.
Engage in programs for continuous enhancement to boost output, efficiency, and quality.

Essential Requirements:

At least 3 years of plastic fabrication experience, including PVC, Polypropylene, PVDF, and Teflon cutting and welding.
Demonstrated expertise in cabinet carpentry and manufacturing.
Profound understanding of safety measures in a fabrication setting.
Proficient in interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents.
Exceptional manual aptitude and keen attention to detail.
Strong issue-solving capabilities and adept at troubleshooting.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Openness to acquiring new technologies and methodologies.
Physically capable of prolonged standing, lifting heavy items, and fulfilling other physical duties as necessary.
