- Own the full P&L for company's owned global e-Commerce business, and end-to-end digital customer experience and performance marketing for these-Commerce sites
- Assess the current and desired-states of e-Commerce and deliver a strategy that increases on-site conversion, strengthens the digital brand, and ultimately drives revenue
- Partner with the GMs of the licensed brands to ensure a cohesive e-Commerce strategy and presence
- Build and enhance an immersive digital experience through all aspects of site layout, product positioning, navigation, merchandising, functionality, and the entire online checkout funnel
- Analyze the company's e-Commerce business across all channels and make it all come together as a cohesive business unit
- Install rigorous tools, technologies, and performance metrics to track and enhance customer behavior and response, and identify areas for continued growth
- Foster a culture of testing and iteration to keep on the leading edge of e-Commerce trends and best practices
- Collaborate with other Business and Functional Leads to align on initiatives that grow the revenue base across all channels and brands
- Proven excellence in the leadership and execution of a premier e-Commerce business, with deep knowledge of the drivers of that business
- At least 5 plus years of digital commerce experience at a high-profile brand or portfolio of brands, with experience in P&L ownership
- Track record of successfully increasing site conversion through modern e-Commerce tactics, technologies, and strategies
- Broad knowledge and expertise across all aspects of e-Commerce including technology, testing, site traffic measurement, conversion analysis, merchandising, user behavior, and customer retention
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret extensive data to make actionable recommendations to the business
- Proven experience expanding upon existing relationships with e-Commerce partners
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build successful relationships internally and externally
- Proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top e-Commerce talent
- Demonstrated strategic ability to work with senior executives to ensure continuous growth and process improvement
- An action-oriented self-starter who can set strategy and drive execution with a "roll up the sleeves" approach; able to thrive in a competitive culture
- A collaborative executive with the ability to influence across various levels of leadership and stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both internally and externally with clients, vendors, manufacturers, board members, etc.
- Relentless drive to review and improve processes, best practices, organizational structures and personnel for optimal results
