Job description
Grand Design RV is currently sourcing for a Service Technician to join our team. This position works directly with the customers to understand the issue(s) with their unit and correct the problems.

Inspect customer units.
Diagnose repairs to be made.
Make repairs to meet Grand Design's quality standards.
Work directly with customers to address their concerns.
Education & Experience
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Must be organized
Must have a positive attitude and be friendly to customers
RVIA certification preferred, but not required
Physical Demands
Climbing a ladder and/or scaffold
Reaching, twisting, bending, squatting, walking, pulling, pushing
Able to stand throughout duration of shift
