- Partner internally with Product Management and Engineering and externally with financial institutions, to design and implement new payment services for clients.
- Ensure new customer payment rails and enhancements to rails are prioritized appropriately, architecturally and economically optimal, meet compliance requirements, and can be operated efficiently leveraging automation as much as possible.
- Research trends and new financial products and capitalize on them to advance BILL's offerings to clients.
- Negotiate bank and other partner required reserve levels and interest paid on deposits, fees and other critical terms.
- Manage existing payment rails to ensure customer satisfaction, develop deep understanding of their functions and interplay, and spearhead improvements.
- Propose and implement new ideas to improve Treasury, the company, and our services for clients.
- Minimum 5 years work experience and demonstrated success in designing, developing and implementing customer payment services.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Corporate Treasury with responsibility for Cash Management or related services.
- Meaningful experience in managing multiple payment modalities and managing banking products, financial services, and systems.
- FinTech experience required.
- Familiarity with card and lending products preferred.
- Excellent work ethic, attention to details and ability to work independently.
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, communication and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a high growth and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or accounting.
