    Position: Recruiter

    Location: Tampa, Florida

    FLSA: Non-Exempt

    Position Overview: Banker Lopez Gassler P.A. is seeking a motivated and skilled Recruiter to join our human resources team in our Tampa office. This role is crucial in driving our firm's talent acquisition strategy and supporting our overall workforce development. The Recruiter will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and play a key role in shaping our firm's culture and future.

    Essential Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

    · Administers the recruitment of the firm's staff and attorney team members.

    · Manage the candidates' experience, to include job postings, screening and recommending candidates to hiring managers.

    · Consults with hiring managers to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for vacant positions.

    · Builds relationships with firm leaders, relevant organizations, agencies, and schools to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates.

    · Coordinates the annual OCI interview process for Summer Internship Program.

    · Conducts references to include background and conflict checks.

    · Maintains and ensures compliance with Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.

    · Bachelor's degree focused on business administration or human resources.

    · Two to four years' experience in a recruiter position ideally focused on the legal industry.

    · Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

    · Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong acumen in writing and verbal communication skills.

    · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under moderate supervision.

    · Capacity to meet deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions.

    · Ability to be flexible and be solution oriented.

    · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and document management (SharePoint).

    · Experience with an HRIS or ATS is a plus.

    · Ability to lift and carry up to thirty-five (35) pounds.
